WeWork, the world's leading company in flexible spaces, presented the results of the study “Redesigning work models in Latin America”, a survey of more than 10,000 workers throughout the region, which reveals the new role that the workspace plays in the development of people and companies. “ The workspace will become the agent of change and the unifying element of the company ,” said Álvaro Villar, general director of WeWork in Mexico. “ From now on, meetings will be more intentional and less spontaneous, but more meaningful. “Leaders must take an exemplary role to create egalitarian situations in hybrid work teams that ensure equal conditions for everyone, both remote teams and in-person teams ,” he noted.
This research, the result of a collaboration between WeWork and HSM (Brazilian consultancy), with the support of Egon Zehnder and its own methodology, aims to look at a new reality and review how culture, purpose, work environments, policies and the benefits, among others, converge and transform. In addition to the chapter based on data from Mexico, WeWork also presented Saudi Arabia Mobile Number List relevant data for other markets in the region where it has a presence, including Brazil, Colombia, Argentina and Chile.
