Hey, does anyone on this forum know what to do to gain muscle? Any YouTubers whose advice I should be following and any food groups I should be eating in particular? I don't really have money for a personal trainer so I would appreciate any internet resources you have...

Muscle building is all about eating the right protein. Eat green vegetables, and meat and eggs. I used to make this really nice eggnog style shake that helped with muscle building. You just take 6 eggs and crack them in a blender with hot milk. Then, blend it! Add a little bit of cinnamon and vanilla essence if you don't like the smell of eggs. I also take amino acid supplements because they help a ton with muscle building and don't taste as bad as wheat protein shakes. They're kind of a new thing because I don't recall anybody getting capsules for their protein intake. Also, work out consistently and eat muscle building food consistently. If you're not consistent with your efforts then I don't think you can expect results!
